Briefly...

I posted earlier in the month an outline I sketched for a project on the Magisterium. It it not a method I have used generally speaking when deciding to write on a subject but the latter has been in my mind for a couple of years to do. The original idea in embryonic form goes back at least as far as late 2017 when I was composing the three expository notes in response to the so-called Correctio which were eventually published earlier this year. The outline was done on the tail end of completing another expository note{1} and intended to both give me an idea for a direction for the piece as well as some prompting to actually complete it.{2} Well, the goal of both intentions worked as the piece has been finished in a first draft form albeit it looks a bit different than the original outline. Revisions will be undertaken as needed throughout December and the piece is slated for a February 26, 2020 publication.

Notes:

{1} This one is yet to be published but if I have the time and motivation to give it a couple reviews, it could be ready for publication next week.

{2} Time and motivation for undertaking larger projects has been lacking in recent months.

I have made a few adjustments to a project a cursory outline of which was posted recently to this site. Two parts originally planned as sections for the project will now be stand alone pieces that link to the eventual final product and a new section was composed last night as a new segue into the final parts. The operative date for the final project to be published as of this moment is February 26, 2020 though the two new stand alone pieces that will now be linked to it will be posted in the weeks prior to that time.

Briefly...

Jadaeveon Clowney had his breakout game as a Seahawk, Quandre Diggs made his debut at FS and was a massive upgrade over the tepid Tedric Thompson. Josh Gordon made his debut and had 2 receptions for 27 yards, both key third down receptions and one against Richard Sherman.

The pass rush finally decided to show up, Jarran Reed in his fourth game back had his best game of the year, Poona Ford played solidly, Jacob Hollister had a workmanlike game at TE, Duane Brown was back at LT and played with a vengeance shutting down Nick Bosa.

Russell Wilson did not have a great game but he had great moments in the second half and with the exception of the INT in overtime. The corners played well. Chris Carson did okay with what they gave him and had a couple really clutch grind them out third down conversions.

As a team, I think the 2019 Seahawks have finally arrived. Now we go into bye week with this great road victory to savour. Oh and the rivalry with the Niners? Its back baaaabyyyyy!!!

Only six weeks? I figured #CocaineMitch would slow roll this thing from about a week before Iowa all the way through April or so basically crushing the presidential campaigns of Warren, Sanders, Harris, Booker, and Klobuchar in the process.

It seems appropriate to designate a special subtag for the upcoming postings pertaining to the 2020 election in addition to the usual subtag we use for political stuff. Essentially all political, election, sociopolitical, and geopolitical postings will continue to be tagged with the Pol/Elect/Sociopol/Geopol subtag but those pertaining to the upcoming election will have an additional political subtag attached to them. However, unlike the main political subtag, the one being introduced here will have a select shelf life.

So without further ado, I want to introduce the subtag 2020 Election which will be utilized on applicable postings from this point forward until the presidential swearing in on January 20, 2021.

All things to the contrary notwithstanding.
