Remember Donald Trump-touted hydroxychloroquine? Study in India backs it as Covid-19 cure

I wanted to get hydroxychloroquine for my father in law Frank Barone as a last ditch effort to try and save him and was unable to. Why? Because those who cared more about playing politics got in the way. 

It bears endless repetition but something is not true or false based on who said it but instead on objective criteria. What that means is that even a complete jabronie can be right at times and persons who have real integrity will recognize this. But those playing politics do not. And among them were those who were much less concerned about truth on this vital matter than in "beating Trump." They had a hand in Frank Barone's death and I will neither forget nor forgive this.

They can all go to hell!

The Haloscan software at the Lidless Eye weblog and the Rerum Novarum Comments blog{1} has been upgraded. This was done to do away with that absurd 1000 character limit...yes my friends, I basically snapped and decided to fix that problem once and for all.

What that means essentially is this: I paid Haloscan to jazz up my Haloscan account -which should include removing character limits to responses. Worry not, there will be no monetary blegging on my part: only the request that people handle this new freedom of sorts responsibly and make their interactions with others on the threads interesting.

Oh, and if you could say some prayers for the repose of the soul of my father, that would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, lest I forget the Lidless Eye Inquisition weblog was updated recently. As "Inquisitor Webmaster", I added the "regulatory norms" back on the 8th and The Curmudgeon supplied a very terse response to a certain captain of the SS CAItanic on Fr. Neuhaus as of this morning. I made a few minor changes to the weblog this morning including (i) Removing my "Open Letter to Albert" from the margin links (ii) Adding my essay contra sedevacantism - which was just revised as of last night - to the side margin in its place (iii) Added the link to a new group weblog "The Lidless Eye Inquisition" in the side margin. The "Letter to Albert" was added to my "Writings" link in the side margin. Anyway, those are the modifications made as of this morning.

There must be a Pravda-like group monitoring blogger cause those threads are again not getting through. Thus, I will in the next threads refer to the Gipper as "R", the current President as "W", the former rulers of Nicaragua as "Sandymarxists", the Democratic congress in R's tenure as "devilcrats", the so-called scandal from R's term as Iran C. Maybe then the blogger will let the messages through.

Blogger is still being a pest so I will try to repost it again tonight some time. (My patience with blogger is used up at this time alas.)

For some reason blogger does not like back-to-back Reagan posts. (This has happened before. Maybe if I was a geocentrist conspiracy kook I would rant and rave about it but alas that is not the case.) Hopefully by adding this "nonsense" entry I can fool blogger and the second part will post. We shall see...
